Hollywood Riviera CA

The area called Hollywood Riviera CA is bounded by the Pacific Ocean to the west (Paseo de la Playa), Anza Ave and Newton St to the east, PCH to the north and Calle de Arboles to the south.  Part of it is legally Torrance, but it all has Redondo Beach post office addresses. The area is comprised primarily of single family residences; there are variable lot sizes,  often 50X130 ft with some being 60 ft wide.

Schools are Riviera Elementary, Richardson Middle School, South High School for the Torrance kids and Tulita Elementary, Parras Middle School, and Redondo Union High School for the Redondo addresses.

The Riviera is a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and encompasses RAT beach (Redondo and Torrance Beach), El Retro Park, parts of the fabulous Riviera Village and many shops along PCH.
