South Redondo Beach – S of Torrance Blvd.
With the curving arm of Pacific Coast Highway to the west and the south, as the name implies, Torrance Blvd. on the North, and an irregular border dividing of Redondo Beach from Torrance starting with TomLee Ave (just east of Prospect), this is all the rest of Redondo Beach that isn’t in one of the other, more regularly bordered sections.
The area is made up of about half large single family residences and two on a lot townhomes, with a smattering of larger townhome complexes with 6 to 8 units and a handful of old original beach bungalows and older duplexes. Many homes in this area have ocean peek views and/or city lights views, especially in the streets between Guadalupe and Juanita.
Schools are the award winning Alta Vista and Tulita Elementary Schools, Parras Middle School and Redondo Union High School.
