Hermosa Hills

This part of Hermosa, above Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), is bounded by PCH to the west, Prospect Ave to the east, Artesia Blvd. to the north and 190th St to the south. Comprised primarily of single family residences, typical lot sizes for the area run between 25×70 ft with some lots up to 50 ft wide. Because it is very hilly as the name implies, there are many opportunities for big views.

Local schools are Hermosa View (K-2), Hermosa Valley (2-8), Mira Costa High school or Redondo Union High School (residents have a choice.)
