Hermosa Beach could be considered Manhattan Beach’s younger, possibly more “hip” sibling. Because of hilly topography, Hermosa Beach homes for sale have LOTS of ocean view housing stock. It has a higher density in housing that Manhattan Beach. Prices also tend to be just a tad lower than Manhattan Beach.  Hermosa Beach is divided into three parts; the Sand Section which is West of PCH to the beach, the Hermosa Valley, and the Hills Section above PCH.
